Ginger Walker Entertainments     The name synonymous with entertainment in the West Country.        About Us We supply quality entertainment to top hotels, Holiday Centres, Corporate Functions, Weddings etc. Ginger Walker started in the 60’s with Rock Groups progressing to Dance bands in the 70’s through to the 90’s and also did his own cabaret act, whilst at the same time building up his agency. Ginger worked alongside every top act in the business from 60’s/70’s groups “The Hollies”, “Gerry & the Pacemakers”, “Slade”, “Showwaddywaddy” to Jazz greats “Kenny Ball”, “Acker Bilk”, “Chris Barber” to the top names in TV Jimmy Tarbuck, Rory Bremner, Jethro, Frank Carson, Ken Dodd, Les Dennis etc. He also made several records, LP’s, EP’s and singles. (These are safely stored in the British Museum). Ginger occasionally comes out of retirement (about twice a year) for charity functions. From initially running the agency on his own, Ginger now has his wife, Sue, and daughter, Karen, actively involved in the business.
